    Seth Levine started cooking at a very young age, astonishing his family with a full five-course meal at the age of eight. At 16, Seth began to take the art of cooking seriously when he was asked to cater a fifty-person barbecue, where he exceeded expectations and quickly became the talk of the town. As a self proclaimed and self taught chef, Seth decided to enhance his culinary knowledge at the Lorenzo de Medici Institute in Florence, Italy in 2000.

    In 2007, Seth decided to pursue his culinary dreams full force and entered the FOX hit reality series, “Hell’s Kitchen” staring world renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. The series premiered in January of 2009 and that summer, Seth opened his first restaurant and became the executive chef of Georgica Restaurant & Lounge in East Hampton.  With huge success Levine quickly developed a restaurant group which now consists of five Manhattan restaurants including Wine and Roses, RSVP and Sons of Essex as well as his own chain of frozen yogurt stores in NYC. Seth continues to consult on menus and concepts for various projects throughout New York City and The Hamptons.

    In 2012 Chef Seth collaborated with owners of The Stand to come up with a concept of a new restaurant comedy club in the Gramercy section of New York City. Always a big fan of stand-up comedy, Chef Seth will be cooking up American comfort food to go along with laughter each night.
